Grosvenor House, Grosvenor Place, London, W1

Grosvenor House is a prestigious 5 storey listed building located on a red route in central London.

The contract consisted of full external refurbishment including: decoration, stone repairs & cleaning, renewal of asphalt to the balcony, repairs to the glazed roof, full CCTV survey & clean of the drains and other minor general repairs.

The building was fully scaffolded to the front & rear. The scaffold to the front elevation was fully sheeted and was erected in a lightwell, so as not to interfere with the pedestrian access.

The contract was completed from start to finish in 6 weeks, and had a value of £135,000.
