Waingap carried out the refurbishment of a dilapidated 4 storey office block on the dockside in Plymouth for the Transport and General Workers Union.
The works consisted of the strip out of all existing finishes and re-instatement of the original plastered finishes to the walls and ceilings, new partitions, decoration and floor finishes.
The works were carried out on a tight budget and time schedule and each floor was to be occupied by a different tenant with differing requirements.
The works were carried out within 12 weeks with a final account figure of £185,000.
